The El Tovar Hotel is a National Historic Landmark that opened its doors in 1905. Located on the Canyon's South Rim, it features a fine dining room with delicious entrees such as Blackened Rainbow Trout, Stuffed Pork Chops and Grilled Chicken Breasts. They also offer gourmet salads, sandwiches, and pastas.
